As of today, my kitchen is certified and I am licensed by the state to make preserves. YeeHaw!! Here is a virtual tour:

Oh, and the name is Pamplemousse Preserves. Soon there will be a website where you can order your very own.

Now that's a kitchen! I love Madison — I went to school there and stayed around for a few years — I miss the Farm Market. Now that I've found your blog, I will return.

Lisa- Thanks! It didn't take long for you to have the chance to try them!

Allison- Yay! Thanks.

Ali- Thank you! I am a terrible friend but I swear I am sending your package tomorrow.

Suey- So far you and Jason are my best customers.

interrobang- I'm sure you'll get to see it next time you're in Madison.

Madisonienne- Thanks. Well the pear chocolate isn't much to look at but its certainly delicious. I agree that most preserves taste too much like sugar and not enough like fruit!

Mimi- I'm glad you found me too! I'll trade you some spoon food stuff for some of my preserves.
