Victory!

As of today, my kitchen is certified and I am licensed by the state to make preserves. YeeHaw!! Here is a virtual tour:




Oh, and the name is Pamplemousse Preserves. Soon there will be a website where you can order your very own.

Now that's a kitchen! I love Madison — I went to school there and stayed around for a few years — I miss the Farm Market. Now that I've found your blog, I will return.

Madisonienne- Thanks. Well the pear chocolate isn't much to look at but its certainly delicious. I agree that most preserves taste too much like sugar and not enough like fruit!

Mimi- I'm glad you found me too! I'll trade you some spoon food stuff for some of my preserves.
